The event began with a keynote speech by Mr. Atul Bansal, the Chief Financial Officer of Niflux India. Mr. Bansal spoke about the reverse psychology and dynamic market strategy projected by Niflux in the global Western market and, later on, the collaboration in driving business growth in India’s fast-paced marketplace.

This was followed by a magnificent welcome of State Heads who have contributed towards the promising growth of the company. The panel comprised esteemed business leaders who shared their insights on topics and challenges they overcame while making Niflux a leading name in their respective states nationwide. 

I was more than delighted to be addressed by Mr. Ashish Mathur for the lamp lighting ceremony for an auspicious start and speak a few words. I had the pleasure of being joined by the Director- Dr. Juhi Tomar, CEO- Dr. Deepak Nathiya, Director of HR and Administration- Ms.Fozia Ahad,  and CFO- MR. Atul Bansal for the same.

As the CMD of Niflux, I was gratified to convey to the Niflux family and share my thoughts on our journey so far and the way forward. I greeted the young and paid my homage to the elders. 

I introduced the Project War Room, where a team of 40 telecallers will be made available in Pink City, Jaipur, for all, ranging from retailers to stockists, so I can personally cater to everyone’s challenges and business needs within 24 hours.

Niflux started its journey on an airplane, where a conversation with a korean passenger led me to acquire the company Fluxlite along with its korean technology and resources. After the acquisition, we launched our brand initially in Italy under the Brand Title ‘Niflux Italia.’ Soon afterward, we sprung in full force to launch Niflux in Spain, Canada, the UK, and so on. By the time we launched in India, we were already a multinational company that had orchestrated a turnover of 150 crores. 

Over the years, we have grown into a leading player in the industry thanks to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our Niflux family. Indeed, my good deeds have been fruitful in having a team that made Niflux a brand that has only seen the heights and earned a global master in the LED business. We have served widely with trust and maintained the quality and tech smartness to become BHAROSA BHARAT KA!

It is incredibly fortunate to have witnessed a truly unique event in the history of the LED business. It’s indeed remarkable that Niflux has tried to take the initiative to reach out to retailers, which is a rare occurrence in such events. We want to take commendable steps and show our commitment to building strong relationships with retailers in the industry.

It was my desire from the bottom of my heart to know everyone on my team one-to-one. With good grace, we as a family have established Niflux, where our teams from various states are the building blocks of the entire foundation.

I made sure to encourage healthy competition while informing the statistics and thanking the state leaders for their performance beyond prospects. I was glad to announce our great financial hooks, SR Traders, RK Enterprises, and Shreemath Electronics. It was a moment of unique joy to welcome the teams from Uttar Pradesh (East/West), Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh and a photo session with all the teams and state managers. 

I found this a fantastic opportunity to share the highlights of the offers while also declaring a 75% concession in tuition fees in 400 courses offered at NIMS University, authorizing them as the Chairman and Chancellor of NIMS University Rajasthan. This concession was further extended for NIMS International School and, more importantly, NIMS Hospital. Anyone who is an employee at Niflux, along with their families and relatives, can claim this opportunity with no question asked policy. 

I concluded my speech by putting forth the idea that “Impossible is nothing” and “the universe helps you when you have faith, integrity, and honesty toward your goal.” I thanked all my valued team from retailers, distributors, stockers, and the overall staff at Niflux, that made it possible to stand here and deliver a life-changing moment for us. I assured everyone that I would do my best to meet everyone’s expectations while being there like a father figure to all. 

After the conclusion of my speech, we went on to present the, ‘Token of Respect’ to the top distributors and retailers. The reward and recognition program was executed under the supervision of Operations Head Pradeep Chandrakar, along with a glorious declaration of hosting Vistaar-2. Afterward, National Sales Head, Pankaj Singh Sadana took over the stage to further throw light on the Niflux Scheme, and Bumper Offers Programs. 

Ensuring a successful execution of R&R and achievement ceremony, I was called upon again to commence the Lucky Draw that offered a vast number of prizes. The range of prizes varied, from first prize being Honda Activa, second prize as LED Televison, third being Automatic washing machine, and many others. Lastly, the ceremony was winded up by Ms. Fauzia Ahmed, Director of HR and Administration, presenting the Retailer Star Performer scored by HR Traders, Haryana. 

The closing speech was presented by Dr. Deepak Nathiya, Chief Executive Officer of Niflux, who addressed and thanked the attendees. He stated the smart tech korean technology and resources used to build world-class products at Niflux along with the tough grind of our Niflux Family. 

He gracefully called a halt to the evening championing a few lines to celebrate the beautiful Niflux family, as stated:
